Digital Asset Managements Integration

For easy access to existing media, Amplify support integrations to DAM systems such as Veeva Vault.

Cloudinary

If no other integration for DAM is active, Cloudinary is used by default as storage for any media assets used in Amplify.

With this solution, all content is stored in a Cloudinary account owned by Anthill Technologies A/S.

The integration uses Cloudinarys REST API https://cloudinary.com/documentation/cloudinary_references.

Veeva Vault

To connect to Veeva Vault from Amplify, the user needs to login in and allow Amplify to access Vault.

This happens through OAuth 2.0, which can be explored more here: https://platform.veevavault.help/en/gr/13977/

Amplify stores a session ID for user login, no credentials such as username/password is stored by Amplify.

When a user's login session with Vault times out, the user will be prompted to re-authenticate.

Using content from Vault

When Amplify and Vault are connected, the user will be able to select and use media from Vault in the Amplify builder - though only Amplify-compatible content is available. Any compatible media, available in Vault, can be selected through the asset selector in the Amplify editor.

Medical, Legal, and Regulatory support

The MLR process in Vault is supported for Amplify as well.

When a self-detailer or Web Amp is ready, a rendition can be pushed to Vault to enable the approval process through the MLR processes in Vault. The rendition is a review document in PDF format that contains all content from a project in Amplify.

This includes but is not limited to, conversation overviews, slides, and page triggers.

Connection to Veeva Vault

To utilise existing content, from Veeva Vault, Amplify connects to the Veeva Vault API https://developer.veevavault.com/api/22.3/

Access rights to content in Vault are handled in the same way a regular user login is handled in Vault, meaning that the user will only have access to the same material through Amplify as they do Vault. Not all material will be usable as Amplify will only allow the import of material supported in the Amplify services.

Amplify does not store the assets used, only a reference to the original material in any DAM will be saved in Amplify.
